Biography
Michele Brooke has been licensed to practice law in California since 2011.
Michele serves the Brooke Law Group, PC clients by providing legal services in the areas of Trust Litigation and Financial Elder Abuse. Trust litigation generally involves circumstances where trust beneficiaries file a lawsuit disputing the distribution of trust assets or some actions by a successor trustee. Financial Elder abuse cases generally involves lawsuits filed related to the misappropriation or misuse of an elderly person's finances or resources. Michele also practices in business litigation and family law and is also a certified
mediator.
Michele resides in the San Gabriel Valley with her two dogs Sahara and Bradley.
She volunteers with Grow Monrovia, The UC Master Gardener Program and The Earth Law Center.
